State Gradings
Are the State Gradings/Averages of interest to members? The VRA ones were last updated on the 21st of November, 2012. Maybe we can collectively put pressure on the VRA to update them.
Cheers

In this day and age of computers there is absolutely no reason why PM results should not be in the hands of the VRA by Tuesday of the week following the PM.
If it is the fault of clubs not sending in results then a forceful reminder from the VRA is in order -- I know you can take a horse to the water, but clubs need to realize that sending in results is part of the overall order.
The VRA SHOULD NOT have to remind clubs to do what is their responsibility.

If a club fails to submit results to the VRA then maybe the competitors could put pressure on the club. No results, no competitors.
I think that clubs and the VRA need to realise that many people use the net these days. Visit a out of date website, it gives a bad impression of the organisation and the site visitor doesn't come back.
Cheers

I see so many posts on how to get people to attend events on this and other forums, yet when some of the big issues come up people seem to go deaf! This idea of grading is a proven winner, yet it falls by the wayside because people simply cant be bothered, maybe no one does care Barry! we can be our own worst enemy at times.
Clubs need to relise that grading is an important aspect to their event, many shooters would not attend if the event was ungraded, it's in theirs and the event organisers best interest to keep the grading system alive.
Just for fun, lets try an ungraded prize meeting or Queens and see how that goes down, maybe only then we will come to see how important this is for the "future of F class" we're all so keen on talking about.

Hi all,
I have to agree that our website is one of the best ways to communicate with our members and encourage new members, as long as it is kept up to date with relevant and informative information.
I will be supporting John at the meeting and pushing that this is important to the members. So hopefully we can address these issues and create some action. I am sure we can come up with something.
Cheers
