Does anyone know where I can get some anschutz rail nuts or T bar in Australia? Thanks

Good luck with that. I brought some from Tec-Hro in Germany. 5 Euro each plus post.

If you are trying to fit into a genuine Anschutz rail then anything that is available here is likely to be too tight, these are perfect but perfection costs.
