Problem solved - loaded a couple of stages with a new batch of BR4 and no problems whatsoever. Seems it was a crook batch of primers after all.

Problem solved - changed to a new batch of BR4 primers and all is good. Turns out the problem was a bad batch after all…

Just spoke to a mate of mine who is also an FTR shooter and he experienced the same problems abs guess what from exactly the same batch as I noted above.
