As a start, these are the ones I've heard (either first or second hand) will be there :

Qld - Kel Bell
NSW - Rod Davies, Bob Eager, Geoff Miners, Matt Paroz
ACT - Dave Groves
Vic - Rod Mahon, Gary Hunt, Alan Fraser

Can anyone else add to that?

ACT Queens

Post by Tiger »

I'll be there (I'd be in trouble if I didn't turn up! Vice Captain and in charge of range moves, so shooting and BUSY), I spoke to Hans Hoitink yesterday who will be shooting either the Lead Up or the Queens, not both.

We've had some beaut rain over the last few weeks, the range hasn't looked this good at this time of year since I have been a member (2003) and it is raining again today, hopefully there won't be any during the days of the Queens, but a bit more between now and then will help to keep the dust down on the range.

Looking forward to it.

Dave Groves.

I have spoken with the minister of sport and recreation about coming to the Canberra Queens next year, it has been approved, I will also do my best to get to the Victorian Queens. I will keep you informed.

In case you weren't aware the Vic Queens has dropped back about 5 weeks to April 14 to 18. Hopefully an Autumn break will come and it won't be so hot and dusty as recent years.
