Good idea, I will bring star pickets to stop Tony recoiling back down the grassy mounds.

G'day Everyone,

I will be making the long trek from Sydney to the Queens next week and just want to confirm that all the ranges are "Ten shots to count". Long way to not bring enough or to miss calculate.

I will be shooting my dasher all the way back so hope the wind gods are kind.

See you in QLD.

I hope so. It should be 120 rounds for Queens, including sighters. If it's more I'm going to be a little bit pushed myself.

Any advice given by our top FO shooters will be treated with due suspicion

Speaking from experience, I'd suggest caution if Paul Janzo is seen loitering around the shower block.

F Std A had 10 starters.
Brian a pickles continued his good form to win
Peter Drew in second, but no scores visible on Jenni Hauslers Facebook page where I plagiarized the scores above.

8 Started in F Std B

Great to see Mike Waites up from Warragul-Drouin in Victoria for the whole 9 days of shooting. I expect him to be at the pointy end somewhere in the LeadUp and Queens. He shot last at the Canberra Queens last year trying to roll Chop, and their duel was one of the best I have seen. He has the same sort of patience as that old electrician bloke from Dalby has :D
Extreme accuracy and precision shooting at long range can be a very addictive pastime.

Thanks Denis & Tony for putting up the info.

I had grand plans to keep a update going during the day but when I turned up this morning to the range and hooked my phone up to my laptop, it used all of my data for a update and I did not realise it.

So now I have to get a dongle to see me through the Duncan and the Queens.

Looking forwards to the shooting this week. Weather looks like it may be a bit showery.

Craig.
