I’m trying to get new collets without sending the dies back as I’m shooting the vic Queen’s in 5 weeks and don’t want to be caught out with out a neck sizing die.

I really don’t see why they need the collet back.

However if you want I can send you mine in the meantime, I still have my Redding with appropriate bushing I can use for now.

Well I shot a ladder at 200m on Thursday and none of the groups were over 1/2 moa. They were so similar I chose the powder charge from ES.
Shot 4 seating depths at 900m on Friday and I've ended up with 180 hybrids and 56.3 of 09 with a 15 thou jump for 2950 and an ES of 9.
Sunday will be the test but so far the new collet design doesn't seem to be causing too much of an issue.

Great to hear, can’t beat objective testing, lee has some great ways of obtaining maximum accuracy from minimal machining-metallurgy quality, I didn’t like the look of them but the proof is in the eatin =D>

Good to hear the die is working for you.
I have ordered 3 more dies with full length collets, I’ll let you know when I get them and can swap yours over.
I ran my hybrids with 5 thou jamb

I might try it with a jam but Sunday will be a 15thou jump, I can't argue with the target :)

It was a good day for shooting though. Pretty happy with the 308 too
Bar the last shot

That does look promising. Is that 180s with a jam?
I went back to my plots and noticed the groups were tightening as I approached the lands. I'll need to go 10, 5, on and jam the next oppertunity I get.
