Planning on attending the bar 7-16AUG, when the bar is shut, shooting or sleeping, maybe some showering too.

Bringing a bad attitude and poor dress sense.

Are there likely to be SEB Joypods in stock by then ?

Yes it's the first and only one Denis. It's only for a good friend and at no charge.
I won't produce rear plate, my priority is (has been) to make more rests & bipods to cover the demand, also to raise the quality (etc) in the same time. Still playing catch up at this moment, then I'll make new product(s) next 2016!

Who wants to predict competitor numbers this year, either in each class or F class in total. It is looking like being a big one. Nearly A dozen or so Kiwi shooters coming over to shoot as well I hear.

Hi Rod
I understand there are 22 or 23 teams entered? Or minimum 132 F Classers for Teams!
Not sure if that includes the Kiwi Open and F/TR teams?

As in Tassie some are attending the Teams but not Queens?
I know some of our guys can't do both due to time constraints.
At least 4 people from 2 of our teams are in this category - possibly 30% max?

Would expect at least 100 F Class for Queens?

It's going to be huge! I get the feeling that a higher percentage will be hanging around for the queens than tazzy so it's going to make for a tough competition.

has anyone had a thought on a grand grand agg for the teams? an agg of FS, FTR, FO scores to determine the winning state overall?

I know some states probably won't be fielding 3 teams but it could be a other developing layer to teams events.

Time for me to admit defeat. I won't make it to Brisbane  . The decision was made at about 2am this morning, at the end of another late night working on my shooting van project. The thing is, if I manage to get the van properly ready for the trip, I won't have time to do some decent load development, and why would you drive 2000km and back to shoot against the best with dodgy loads. And the clincher was that powered sites at the range have been booked out since last year! Obviously if I'd been in the (soon to be victorious) Victorian team, then there would have been no piking.

When the "van cave" is somewhere near to its completion, I'll post photos, and explain the concept 8) .

Am really sorry to be missing possibly the biggest Australian F-Class Queens ever. I hope the weather is good and its a great event.

I promise the loads will be up to scratch by April. The question is, will you have powered sites?

Alan- a good dual battery system, solar panels and inverter and you might not need power for a day or two!
