Cases that aren't brass with but with similar ballistics to brass but using 10% less powder.
Looks like it has steel case head insert

I think it would be interesting trying to resize those case necks, and at $10 per round you'd want to be able to do it 100 times. Your 27 steps might get blown out a bit

The ultimate in 21st century waste, imagine those things scattered all over a rifle range as there's not much incentive to pick them up if they're not reloadable.
A bit like plastic shotgun wads everywhere.
