Who makes custom rear bags in OZ

I heard of someone making custom rear bags in Australia. Does anyone know who does it here?

Peter Armstrong in Sydney does. Not sure of his details but he shoots benchrest. Very high quality work.
I am sure someone out there will be able to forward his details on.

I got hold of Peter Armstrong (The rimfire Benchrest shooter)and he doesnt make them anymore. I have heard Barry Edgeley from Brisbane does. Does anyone have his contact details?
