i can now reveal the critical tactic employed by the safclass open team.
through great understanding by wives and girlfriends, as of tomorrow, no more sex 'till after the shoot.
this is known to work in gridiron and soccer as a method to raise aggression and increase the competitive spirit for increased performance.
the other secret is gaintwist barrels. it is now too late for other teams to chamber and fit same.
keep safe,
bruce.

Are you sure it isn't just a reaction to that extended trip away from home & duty?

See, there are good reasons to shoot Standard.

I am glad that I'm in the SA Standard Team.

One things for sure, you've got to admire our Open Boys for the sacrifices they're prepared to make.

From what I've heard, it sounds like they make that sacrifice each week John

I think I'll go for a drive around Dubbo tonight, just to see if there are any Mexicans from across the border......DOH....I mean SA Mexicans. If you find a banana in your exhaust pipe, then that was me 8)

Safe travels.............Eat my dust if you are behind me on the road

Bruce,

I feel we are really getting to the crux of the matter.

Is the real reason that your'e not in the Open team, is that you weren't prepared to make the sacrifice ?

I heard that the SA Boys held up in Broken Hill last night. Hopefully Mad Max caught up with them in their sleep

Saw Jeff.A at Narrabri having a quick morning break.

Spoke with Alan, who was heading to Brisbane for a little powder. Hopefully they have some, or he'll be a little short of ammo.

Maybe you can guess where I am tonight. There is a bull with the biggest sack I've ever seen, and it is in the round about just as you come into town. A bit like the Sheep at Goulburn, it has a big sack too. I don't know what it is about sacks, they could have simply saved on plaster, and gone with the girl model instead

Don't believe a word of it. This is an indication of just how seriously the SA Team takes their sledging. You can't be the chief sledger and shoot as well. Not that it'll do them much good :D :D .
