Chris,
FstdA andFstdB will be shot at the prize meet.
F open shooters have not shown any interst at this stage,
But that is not to say they could not be included if a hand full
were to say they would like to come .
Please yell out quick if thinking of attending.
The best thing to do to get it on the program this year and next
is to give a shout and attend with numbers,a show of force at prize meets
from all shooters(Fopen Fstd and TR) is the only way to keep them going.
Awaiting calls from all open shooters?
Talk to us and you can come shoot in this OPM.
regards

Chris,

If I can get my rifle to shoot a bit (a lot!) better, I wouldn't mind going.

Thinking about getting it re-chambered to a Dasher. Dunno if I have enough time left to get it done.........

Hope to see you soon!

Sorry fellas, I won't make it - range championship and AGM. Will get to Geelong the following weekend. I hope it all goes well - just a tip - you'll need to get Daniel onto the turps on Saturday night to have any chance at the longs  !

Mick

Unfortunately, Trevor has a SARA Council meeting that weekend but I am considering driving over for the shoot, I figure it would take me about 5 hours so is managable, I would probably bring my son Michael for company, pity he's too young to drive as well. The question is "will they be having Open" as Michael prefers to shoot in Open and while he could shoot with my old rifle, it won't shoot out to 900. Something definite would be appreciated as I would not like to come that far to find that Michael can't shoot.

Hi Lynn

I think all F Open shooters are in the same boat not sure if it's on and if it will be shot on Champ Target.I would like to go if working doesn't get in the way but we need to know if it's on or not. But on the other hand i think the guys running the shoot also need a show of hands from F open so they can set up for it.
Like they say if you build it people will come

Hi everyone

I have phoned the club secretary and they need to have some definite numbers of who wants to shoot Open, which is fair enough. So it would be good if anyone who would like to shoot Open could phone the secretary and let him know so a decission can be made, that way we all know where we stand.

Hope to see you all there

F open is on.
Although it was not advertised on the program.
Some interest has been shown by open shooters.
This is good,as a club we will try our best to cater for all!
It is now up to open shooters to suport the club,
with some numbers this will be a great shoot for open shooters.
Target;looks like it will be the FB target, but with numbers a 1/2
min stick on center may help, depends on numbers?
Letts get a show of hands and work together to make this work.
First year for open, maybe some hicups?,we hope not but lets work
on it for the future. :D :D :D
