I'd like to see a few more shoot the longs at the house of pain but I think squadding would become even more important.

The change of date should generally be an improvement but don't bank on it being calm.

Hi All,
Not long to go now!
Just thought I'd give it one last try for a courier wanting some fuel money to bring over my heavy stuff [-o< from the Newcastle area.
Only people of good character need apply... I guess that's going to narrow my chances to near impossible, anyway if someone is interested let me know.

Also I couldn't find the distances that are going to be shot this year.

Thanks for the info.
Re the bank details, where should the money be sent for an interstate shooter with a non pimped rifle to get a fair go at the SA queens??? :D

Getting ready to head off and a quick check of the forecast shows gentle breezes of up to only 33km/h followed by the slimmest 90% chance of rain for the queens, should be good

Thanks Norm,
Might be worth dropping by your place to pick up a deer rifle for the windy conditions?

It is the eve of the lead up and still not a whisper of sledging, slander, rumours, gossip, innuendo or the usual banter we have come to expect leading up to a S.A Queens. [-X

Tim, I looked at tomorrows forecast. It looks very similar numbers to what you are used to at Cessnock, but just move the decimal point one position to the right. Might want to put some WD40 on the windage knob.

Rod,

I called at the SARA office a couple of hours ago, and there was package on the floor. Silly buggers had put your name on it. I told them it must be wrong because you use 2209, not N165. Anyway, to cut a long story short, we replaced it with 2209, and to save them having to put the N165 back in the safe, I bought it. So you owe me beer for clearing that up for you :D .

So, my cunning plan is working.

Alan, when you use that powder they put in the N165 tubs, best you make sure there is no one shooting next to you, and you might want to use safety glasses.

Hey Rod
Which one is the windage knob again?
I always get it mixed up with the focus one...

You told me no one over here can shoot so it probably won't make much difference anyway
