Do you mean the Optimus HBC (used to be Dyer)?
QRA have not taken over distribution, but NRAA may have updated the existing contract to supply the state associations.

sorry,yes they have,recently.
our club used to buy direct from them,i guess the carrot qra dangled was worth screwin the small guy for.
so what else is cheap and worth using,or are we now at the mercy of the company?
