Looking at the whole range of new hybrids is exciting. 6, 6.5, 7 and 30 cal.
Also what is important is as they are made on thick jackets, they have a large meplat. Therefore pointing makes a big idfference. Bryan Litz claims an 8% reduction in drag from pointing the 180 7mm hybrid. (possibly more for 6 and 6.5)
With an already incredible 0.345 G7 ( 0.674 G1) going to somewhere around 0.370+G7 or nearly .730 G1 7mm is still going to be a force for some time to come. But every cal is up for an improvement and as Alan said, 30 cal will see the biggest.
Personally my choices are same as Cameron as well but find myself regularly reaching for the 284 Sh in anything even slightly twitchy now.
