For F Class shooting the best thing to do with a CM is to take a 12 gauge and give the CM both barrels !!!!!
I have one and in the testing I've done it's no better than using a powder thrower, no where near as accurate as my $120 Redding beam scale.

I am "minding" one that belongs to another shooter. After an initial tryout, I went back to beam scales and use a magnifying glass to assist my vision on the beam scale.

Hi All,
After sales service from Brownells looks good , they just said to send it back they will refund or exchange, think I'll go for a refund
Next try will be an FX 120 i as others gave it a good wrap here.

Bob,
Dandy Products in the USA, who make the magnificent Omega Powder Trickler, make a simple, effective tool for eyes that can't read a balance beam easily
Have a look at
http://www.omegapowdertrickler.com/Oper ... Handy_View.
I got one from them at the same time I got the Trickler, and if you are interested I would be more than happy to sell it.
My beam balance hasn't been out of the cupboard since I got my AnD 120i scales, and I simply don't use the "Handy View".
