I also bought one of these Teslong bore scopes. For under a hundred dollars delivered, I think the quality is excellent. For windows 10, I didn't need to install any additional software, I just use the built in Camera app.

I have been experimenting with partially unscrewing the angled mirror. This alters the optical distance from the lens to the barrel surface and allows you to sort of focus the picture better.

yep and if you look closely you will see that there is a tiny locking ring so that the mirror can be clamped in position (I missed it to start with )

My only issue is reflection from the light but it is the only digital scope I have tried!

reflection is a good thing really.

It is another level entirely than Lyman. IMO it is as good as anything you can buy.

Mine took about 3 weeks to arrive. They gave me tracking details, but it wasn't updated until delivered.

I received my Teslong the other day. Works reasonably well. The light at the lowest level is still to bright, as there is a considerable reflection which makes it hard to see clearly. The other problem is that it cannot be rotated so you only see the one section of bore as it is moved along, not like the others that you can rotate and examine the whole bore as it is moved along.
I have contacted Teslong about these problems, so it will be interesting to see what the reply is.
Not to bad for the price.

Mount the barrel or barreled action in a pair of wooden bee blocks and rotate the barrel rather than trying to rotate the borescope.

Hi Pete,
I know I could do that, but that means partially taking the rifle apart and re assembly. Cleaning is bad enough without adding another chore. I was only stating that those changes would make the reasonably good product better. When I get time I will build myself a new cleaning cradle in which I can rotate the complete rifle. To operate this a third hand would be handy but I cannot manufacture that.
