Yes I think you are spot on Alan talent must be a bit thin on the ground up that way if they are looking to poach from other states.
I also thick they may have issues in Tas with any wind above 5mph just unheard of in the land of banana bending or is it the cyclones that do that.
If you take notice of the Queenslander windage knobs the making are very clear just like new I’m on my third set the marks just get worn off.

Sadly for us I fear PJ will eventually slide into the QRA

.
You are of course correct Richard -we have no hope down there

and would like to claim the underdog status.

Dave, regrettably the under dog tag was taken long ago by QRA and so is formally unavailable for NQRA.......at least until you fix your web site so we can check on what you are really up to up there.
Actually it must be time for some honesty on here.
WHO ARE IN YOUR STATE AND TERRITORY TEAMS .?
To start the ball rolling, the Qld Team named so far is as follows
Andrew Pearce from North Arm as Captain/Coach
Jenni Hausler from Brisbane as Co Coach
Col Sutton from Goondiwindi will take time off his header and come down.
Tony Berry , (myself), a newbie amateur from Beaudesert who refuses to be coached.
Fark Mairbairn is another newbie who was going on holidays in Tassie so we picked him.
Dalby McCameron is an old retired farmer who took up F Class last year after shooting rabbits semi professionally in his youth. The older he gets the better he used to be.
Juliette McCameron is his old girlfriend and is only going with Dalby for the fishing so we picked her on the Team too.
Chris Bell from Brisbane will only be able to come if His father lets him borrow a barrel without leaving to much of a deposit.
So clearly you will be able to see that the under dog tag is at home on the QRA Team.
It would only seem fair if the other States advised the current members of their F Open Teams so that this is all above board.

So that should mean that the several thousand 7mm x 180 gr Bergers that went to WA won't be needed now, nand can come back to where they belong ?
The 22-250 shooters wouldn't have noticed, but tell Quick to look at the Tactical Equipment List that I posted the link for thismorning under Equipment & Technical. 6 x 47 Lapua was the winning calibre, with 5 others in the Top 55 Tactical rigs in the US
Looking forward to seeing you run those 22-250s though, Messrs Yates, Stoffel, Bunyan, Sheedy and co.

Tony, those 180's might have to stay here as the pack mules struggle with the extra weight. 80gr 224's and 110gr vmax are better propositions to get them across the nullabor.

Tony, I'm going to run 55gr Blitzking as my long range round. Try and beat that!!!
Maybe I should bring my tactical rifle and show you all how it's done!!!

Don't the 17s need a lot of cleaning? Would they handle the 15 shotter at 1000? I'd reckon you'll need at least a 204.

Sorry John, a 15 shotter, can we clean at 7.5?

Looks like young Dave and old Cameron will be battling for the tyro medals.
