Hi All
Day 1 was interesting with an ET "issue" which lasted around 4 hrs??? Which included a lunch break.
This paled into insignificance with my under prepared 284 "issue"
The weather was hot and wind was tricky, welcome to canberra.
Not sure on numbers but there seems to be plenty of shooters here.
Looking forward to some 15 shot matches and hopefully dry days

Were the ET issues battery related. We have Konsberg at our club and battery durability seems to be the biggest issue at our annual PM. Regular weekend shoots don't last as long obviously so there's rarely issues week in week out.
Is Rod Satisfied with the accuracy of the Konsberg today. I know they're not his favourite system for a big event.

Looks like Spencer's mastery of Canberra is holding him in good stead.

Not sure what the issue was but it was about half way through the first match.
They seemed to run fine after repair

BenW wrote:So then Rod what are you planning on bringing this time. If you don't mind me asking ???
I'm using a 284 and a new 7mm/300WSM in a barrel blocked gun. I haven't used it much but will try it in a few hours.

I found myself checking the wheel nuts of the car to give my hands something to do.

Smart fully explaining which nuts you were playing with.

Looking at the results so far today and I see 100 plus F Class?
And conditions / time on the mound? Squadding?
Could I guess that the later competitors came across more difficult conditions?
