Graeme can you please give Lewis Reynolds some WD40 for his windage knob over there. At his home range at Cessnock, he maxs out at 3 clicks either direction, not 3 revolutions.

How much do you need on your turret to get into the X ring? [A LOT]
You should try leaning into the wind, and see what angle you get to before you fall over.
Maybe a good day to throw the frisbee, or maybe a boomarang.
I've never heard of shooting being called off due to too much wind, a FIRST!
I have seen a target broken at Rosedale many many years ago. When we had 20 MOA on the Central Sight and aiming on the next target to get a hit.
I hope you enjoy looking around Wellington for today. Leave the umberella at home.
One of our experienced TR members related to me a shoot at Trentham having 38 moa on the windage knob?

Lol! The Cessnock boys are doing very well !! Lewis took a hit with a 42 , Les is in thrd .
It can be a cruel place ! I got up with a 47 and was happy with that !! Greg Warrian managed a marvellous 55!! Tomorrow will be wet and windy! Even though I’m now nearly last I’ll give it a good crack for the last day and enjoy it ! The Hope of me making the finals is about as far away as Home atm!
My roomie Albert is doing very nicely and I hope he and the other Aussies can get a Podium of some sort !

Trentham has a 20 Moa limit. Above that at 1000 yds and it’s called off now .

Thanks Albert. Appreciate your reporting. Lewis must have had a 58! He's having a roller coaster

. So do the finalists carry their scores through or is it all down to the final 1000yd score?
PS. Just checked last year's results and scores are carried through, so it works like making the cut in golf.
I see that Gyro won F/TR last year, and now has the lead in F-Open, but anything can happen at 1000yds, particularly in windy Wellington. Looking forward to seeing the results tomorrow.

Good luck Les and Lewis ! I hope the shoulder messages work !!
Part of the Australian Fo team are having a last hurrah tomorrow morning with a 7 and 2 at 3,5,6 !
This team was just so strong together, we just came together like we had been training as a team for years ! All of Guns absolutely hammered and on that Day I felt we could have taken on the world !
I believe the “ Wind Stig “ will be twiddling our knobs !
Trentham is a Shite of a place where the bloke before you can get a sixty and then the next person gets down and drops 6 points at 600 yds !! Was good training and I think I’m better for it ! But am very humbled by this place ! Congratulations to the finalists! Best of luck !
