Tim, I made up my own from 1/4" copper tube that i had at home. I experimented with other larger dia sizes but they didn't give me the results I was after.
Mine is about 300mm long which I flared one end to suit a powder funnel then made a stand for it. I could easily get over 50gns in a Palma case. it's a bit slow to load but does the job. I believe there are some BR ones out there but I had difficulty finding one.

I just use an off the shelf RCBS one and don't have any dramas. I think it's about 150mm long. Using that I can get 49gr of 09 into Lap cases.

Hi Tim, I needed to get a bit more in so adopted a piece of carbon fiber tube, 10mm ID 1m long and popped a Lee powder funnel on top and Jerry rigged the bottom. It depends what you're trying to achieve as to whether something off the shelf will suit. Without a tube my powder would sit at the top of the neck (full to the brim) with the meter I'm half way down the shoulder with a minimal, if any crush on 200s in a .300 freebore chamber

Instead of a drop tube, I just use a battery powered engraving tool held agains the case as the powder is poured in.
Works really well.

john,
there are plenty of battery powered vibrating devices available for compaction of powder in cases.
being seen buying an engraver is probabley less ambarresing than some of the alternatives.
