Only in the long term, but on a day to day ES it is the same. The main puropse of using moly is to prolong the barrel life.
There are some who have used Moly and given up on the practice that have said that the ES has increased.
In my exprerience this is mainly because they keep cleaning the barrel and do not allow the moly coating of the bore to be completed and this can take up to 100 rounds after the bore has been cleaned.
Burnishing the bore with moly before shooting will help reduce the break in period.
On second thought

you may get a slight improvement as you are able to use a slightly higher powder load and therefore a fuller case without increasing the chamber pressure compared to naked bullets. But the comparison would be over a long time span because of the breakin period as mentioned before.
This can also be achieved with different seating depth, neck tension, case cleaning techniques and more expensive powder scales
