Getting an FTR rifle built up. (Donor action will be from my 284W, dropping out of FO for now.)

Primarily will shoot Berger 185gr Juggenauts which I now have a reasonable supply of but also have some Berger 185gr VLDs which I would like to use up.

Can anyone advise me on an optimum free bore which will accommodate both projectiles?
Apparently Dave Kiff uses 0.168 FB with the reamer he does for Juggenauts. I have also read of 0.180 being used for Juggenauts.

Any advise much appreciated.

I've just had a barrel spun up with 0.160" freebore for 185 juggs. Based on the amount of shank in the case, I'm not sure I would want to go much more

How did arrive at 0.160 and I presume you are yet to load ammo so no good asking OAL touching?
