i have now received a second legal notice from usa regarding the remington situation.
why would a small individual in oz be receiving such things, and where did they even get my address?
has anyone else been receiving such things?
could it be a sophisticated scam?

What sort of legal Notice ?? I heard about the trigger recall and them going into bankruptcy ! but nothing else ?????????

as best i understand it, bankruptcy related issues are involved, but exact definition is hard due to the legal lingo.

Unsolicited mail/email and phone calls are trashed in this house, but I’m a paranoid type with no patience for scammers, have you registered an interest with them previously?

It probably is the legal firm doing the liquidiation and charging a heap for each letter, just more greedy, lawyer.s

have you contacted anyone from there to find out whats going on ?
thats te first thing you should have done mate.

i'm not contacting anyone just in case.
