hornady 75gn amax legal???

Hi all, is there any truth in the rumor that .223 shooters will be allowed to use the 75gn amax projectiles in fullbore competition? I think this will help people who still have the 9 twist barrels. Should keep more people shooting, can only be a good thing i think.
