has anyone had increased rates of powder fouling with recent lots of this powder, particularly in the throat?
would upping the pressure make it better or worse?

I get a little more in the 243win with the 2209 compared with 2208 in the same rifle. But I haven't detected any noticable difference in lots of 09 (Ive only used 2)....ie there was no extra fouling.
