TR rifle weights

Hey, Please correct me if im wrong, but is the maximum weight for a TR rifle 6 - 6.5kgs? if so, then is their a minimum weight? The TR rifles Ive used have all been around the 6kg limit. I was wondering if its possible to have leighter then this. I have looked at the SSRs and cant really find the answer im looking for. Any helps is greatly appriciated.
