Your gunsmith should be able to ream your die as they have reamed your barrel.

I've purchased newlon die blanks which are made of 416 stainless and sizing dies can be heat treated by specialist companies. Usually fairly well priced. The seating die doesn't need to be hardened.

I went down that path about 20 years ago for a FLSing die. I sourced a blank from Troy Newlon and my gunsmith mate reamed it. Problem was it was done with a finishing reamer which with springback doesn't quite do the job. The die was electroless nickel coated by a specialist company in an attempt to decrease the internal dimension a tad, plus for hardness.
My gunsmith mate chortled at the time when I said I would source the blank. Said he would just make the whole die himself (he had already reamed the sleaves on a Redding Comp die set fo me). When he got the blank he graciously remarked how absolutely true it was machined and that it did provide a good starting point and time saver.

This is who I have used in the past but I haven't had any done for a few years.

They are in Adelaide but just try searching your area for "heat treatment services".
