im looking at coming over with a few fullbore shooters from nz to shoot f-open at the qra queens and the duncan series. i have been looking through the NRAA website and all i have found is dates of the 12 to the 16th of august. does anyone know of a programme so i can look into the ammo needed and things like that.

They haven't got this year's program on the web site yet. I suggest you contact them on qra@qldrifle.com.

Generally, though, you could shoot:

Saturday before Series:
Brisbane Rifle club PM (3 x 10 shots plus sighters)
MDRA OPM (ditto)
QRA Series:
1000 yard sweepstakes (2 x 15 plus)
Duncan (6 x 10 plus)
Queens (10 x 10 plus sighters)

There's a rumour that an other event may lead to the sweepstakes being dropped in 2009.
