G day mate.
I have used the bushnell banner series of scopes on a 220 swift back home, found them to work just fine.
My mate Mick had one on his 243 fro two years before he could afford to up grade.
Hope this helps

I have been using a Weaver T Series in fixed 36 power for years and it has never let me down.
It has the 1/8th min dot reticle.
The V Series Weavers are also great, they have Target Turrets and with the use of a 20 min. tapered rail will get you on target at 1,000yds.
Cheers

G'Day All,
Weaver T24 or T36, both have 1/8 clicks and around $700- a cheap and effective way to start.
Then save up for a NF BR model in 12-42x same 1/8 clicks and choice of reticles. Then keep the weaver as a back up scope.
