do you mean powder graphite, it is mainly for bullet seating?

I use powdered graphite after using my ultra sonic cleaner. Just dip the necks in it or brush some into the necks with a neck brush. Gets rid of that dry feeling you get when bullet seating after you've cleaned the cases.
