Is anyone using or familiar with the Konus M30 6-24x44 scope?

They look like a good unit from what reviews I have been able to find

I use the large one myself, think it is 70mm objective and 20-60 power. Is not a Leica by any means, but is better than the old type of scopes like the 20 power Kowa.

Edit: is that a spotting scope or rifle scope???
