ME!!

Took advantage of no power today and trees blocking the roads which meant I could not get into work, to prep and batch my brass.

We fly in Monday.

Brad,

If the worst is yet to come ... I am actually scared! We are missing part of our fence, and have branches down in the yard. Otherwise we got away lightly so far.

Have you had much damage at your place?

Lots of trees down all over the place, still places out of power. But no our place is fine. Watched a big tree get torn to shreds about 80m away as the nasty bit came through yesterday. I think tomorrow another front is hitting, might take a few hours to get out your way.

Stay safe tomorrow. I have asked Alman to text me when it hits there. At least I know when it's on the way.

I,ll be turning up for another bash, should be a good shoot.
I certainly hope the ugly weather a few of us have been getting lately will blow itself out, could be little interesting otherwise.
Come on QLD remember your tourism adds,
Beautiful one day, perfect the next.

Makes it interesting Rod.

It's ok Linda, hope you people in WA come thru ok.

I have noticed over the last 12 months or so at our club shoots we have had quite a few wet weekends. Just not used to it after about 30 years of dry here.

I did some testing in light rain yesterday. It was actually enjoyable with no mirage, light constant wind and clear sighting.

Ammo is loaded, bag is packed. The journey begins for us tomorrow has we drive up to Perth. Depart Monday!

I have risked it, and packed the same suitcase that has disappeared on me both times I have traveled with it. Let's hope it is third time lucky!

Looking forward to catching up with old friends and making new ones.

:D

Gee Linda, the forecast is for low 20s, sounds like a heatwave compared to the 11 degrees we had today
