Thanks Alan, I googled it and came up with, obsolete word, "unpunished" but I like your definition better.

it wasn't the hearty underpants soup that did it.
it was actually the protein shot i had at the hokitika food festival on my last trip to the south island of new zealand.
i have never been the same since.
