Anyone know the size of the E-clip on the Barnard trigger forward/rear adjustment pin? Seem to have lost one. And who would stock such a small clip?

G'day Krakey,
most bearing shops sell them eg CBC bearings etc.
You should be able to get both metric and imperial sizes (they may be interchangeable.
To measure the groove, I found that a steel 6"/150mm ruler usually fits into the groove.
Using a dial vernier, measure the ruler width, then pin diameter and add together. This is Measurement A
Then, put the ruler into the groove and measure across the combined ruler and pin assembly. This is Measurement B
Then subtract A from B, this is you groove depth on one side of the pin, you need to double this measurement (Measurement C) and then subtract C figure from you pin diameter, this is the diameter of the pin inside the groove.
If you need to accurately measure the groove width, use some feeler gauges, or go with the thickness of the steel ruler.
Also id you have some very fine wire that fits in the groove, wrap that around the groove and measure across the wire, and then measure the wire diameter and subtract wire diameter x 2 from pin diameter.
Hope this helps

The Australian official Barnard distributers will be able to help. Barnards web site lists these individuals, google Barnard.
