Hodgie,

Glad to hear you're thinking of coming. Some details are not actually finalised, but dates are March 22nd and 23rd 9am starts, and I expect ranges will be the same as last year : Saturday 3, 5, 600yds, Sunday 8, 9, 1000yds, all 10 shots. All grades of TR and F will be catered for, and paid markers provided. Powered sites, showers available. We don't try to make money from shooters, so all fees will be kept to a minimum again.

And the event will be preceded on the Friday by the Vic Vets Annual PM, so with many of them staying over there should be no shortage of competition.

I hope to have the flyer available by mid-Jan.

Alan

NB. Change to ranges - 700 replaces 300 see HERE.

Hi Alan

Just a point of clarification (lacking familiarity with rule details). When you say "all 10 shots", I assume this is for record? There would also be a couple of sighters at each distance I am assuming?

Would I need to pre-register for a match like this?

Thanks

Fergus

Yes Fergus, two convertible sighters, and 10 to count. So I normally allow 13 rounds per range to be safe (in case of ceasefires and optional sighters etc.).

Hodgie,

Some of our regular attendees have been staying in the Coachlamp Motel for years, so I guess that's a recommendation.

I stayed at the coach lamp about 3 years ago and it was nice and clean, only negative is how far from the pub it is.

Seddo,

All welcome either day or both. The One Shot Wonder is late on Saturday if that appeals. The flyer is now available at http://www.ozfclass.com/rrr/pdf/opmflyer14.pdf.
