Thin Skin

Finally got round to fire forming the last of the first 100 cases for my .30-284 last Saturday, but opted to do it off the bench at the zero range because the mound turned out to be a comedy of errors - snail paced changeovers, faulty extractors resulting in cleaning rod extractions, etc. - all the usual BS.
Hooray, at last, except that Monday, my elbow started bleeding when I barely rubbed a rough spot on the work bench downstairs & I've developed tennis elbow of sorts. In hindsight, it seems that my wet suit foam elbow pads & a folded towel on the bench weren't quite enough to counter the grunt of 60 210 grain SMKs going down range.
OK. What do other thin skinned geriatrics use for elbow protection? I've heard that some of the skate gear is handy, but specifics would help.
