Spotting scope

Evening Gents,
Looking to buy a new spotting scope for use in TR, 20-60 etc etc, preferably straight through, that will mount on a Collings stand.
Have had a look at at Vortex Viper, both the standard and HD and the Kowa TSN-602. Swarvoski is outside of my budget.
What would you buy and why.
Does anyone have a secondhand one they'd be prepared to part with ?
