NSW City V Country

Post by GC »

NSWRA will be again holding the City v Country matches this year on the 5-6th July. At this stage nominations are lacking so please support your discipline and get them in ASAP. In particular F Open needs to have a high profile this year to ensure that it is viable for future events. Nominations are required for F Open champion and DRA Teams from the DRA secretaries also individual nominations for City V Country Teams. It is in your hands so please show your support by putting your application in today. Please note you cannot enter on the day.

Re City vs Country on the SUNDAY

We already have an F class open team for city, consisting of Steve Rigby, Alison Rigby, Mike Henry, Andrew Beavis, David Dobson and Matt Paroz.

We have informed Greg Warrian accordingly
however DRA teams for the SATURDAY have not yet been determined AFAIK

cheers Andrew

Could you please tell me what ranges are to be shot in the City vs Country at Malabar, or, are they still restricted to 500 yds/mts?

Thank you,
Ray.

I have asked Ken Cooke and will post his answer here when he replies...

4.30pm:
...he says they are still shooting shorts (3/500). So it feels like Dasher country to me :)

Thank you Andrew.
They are hardly FS 308 or FO ranges. :(

This could account for the lack of response from FS class teams?

Looks like I need to get a 223 up and running. :P

Hey Andrew
See if you can come up with a second City team, we have two County teams.
