Annealer Manufacture interest

Hi All,
My name is Peter and I am based in South Australia

I have been developing great little stainless steel annealer that I have made about 14 now for fellow SA shooters.
I am looking to see if there is interest to get these out to the rest of Australia and see what postage costs.
I need to do a minimum of 5 in order to make all the purchasing worth while otherwise 1 off purchases make the sell price a bit dearer.

The going price at the moment is $420 but as I cannot post the gas bottles so it will be a bit cheaper.
You will then need to locally purchase a gas bottle for the flame head.

This annealer comes with three stainless steel drums on for 223 size another for 308 size and the large one for 280 ackley sizes
If you only need 1 or 2 drums you can delete wheels at around $20 per wheel
It is not a load and leave type but a single feed as this kept the price more realistic

I have attached a picture of the full stainless steel setup with speed controller and 308 drum attached
The only non stainless part is the alloy torch holder.
I do have some videos of the annelaer in process but they are quite large and I will need to host them somewhere if people are interested in seeing it in process

PM me if you are interested and I can start a list and see if its worth my effort to do another run of these great little annealers

Regards

Peter

These are a really good thing ^^^^ !! :D

Pete has been working on the design for a long time and they are a quality bit of gear. I like how they rotate the case during the process to get uniform heating.

I'll second that Stu. Received ours from Peter a couple of weeks ago and used it once so far for around a 100 cases. Single feed is no problem - just make a cup of coffee and enjoy it while watching the wheel go 'round. Variable speed control makes the job so simple. Thanks Peter for your efforts and the budget pricing.

Regards........Jeff. Roberts.

Thanks Stu and Jeff for the comments
Lots of development went into this design to get it right
Glad both of you are happy with the outcome

Three more ordered now so only a couple more to go before I can start the next run

We are down to the last week now
Thanks to those who have ordered and if any one is interested let me know as I will be ordering parts next week
Once the ordering start no more annealers will be made in this run.
Not sure when the next run will occur so get in now if interested.

I have had plenty of questions on different cases and now have testes the small BR type cases and have added a extra small ring to the collection
I am looking into a stepped ring to do hornet cases at the moment. This one is a bit of a challenge but I will see what I can come up with
