David,
The specs of this model wouldn't be good enough for me. The resolution of 0.01g equates to approx 0.15 grains so it probably reads to the nearest 0.1 in the grains mode. Many electronic powder scales out there will read to 0.1 grain, but when you do the velocity spread and ballistics calculations, that is not quite good enough for what we need.

I have a fx120i and have found it very consistent. Nice piece of kit for the price.

I have the EJ303 , and a fairly impressive trick to blow people away is to grab a piece of paper , have it in grams , & weigh the piece of paper .
Then write your signature on the paper & weigh it again ...... it actually reads the amount of ink you used to write your name .... very impressive .
