Bringing parts in from overseas

With the restrictions on bringing firearms parts and components into Australia on Australia Post, which couriers will still bring parts in? I am trying to get a barrel into OZ ,but some couriers wont transport firearms parts in U.S and some wont bring them in to OZ.
