Sad news out today, that the rifle club in Yarloop lost its target shed with all 10 kongsberg electronic targets in the huge fire that destroyed the town the other day. Luckily just some smoke damage to the clubrooms. I dare say there will be a bit of an effort by shooters and other clubs to fundraise for them to help them get back onto their feet and will keep details up to date with that regard. Ive sent an email to our committee to see if we can lend our targets that arent being used due to range repairs.

Insurance should cover the targets?

Not sure still not much info it's still burning so not much can be done yet.

Heard that the GSDRA and Albany RC PM's next weekend will be raising money for the Yarloop club to help purchase new targets and repair their range. I encourage all WA shooters to head down and not only enjoy a great weekends shooting, but also dig deep into your pockets to help out our fellow shooters from Yarloop.
