Does any one in Australia stock and sell coloured laminate blanks?

I've looked and as far as I know there are definitely no Australian manufactures of coloured laminate, nor could I find anyone importing blanks.
If memory serves me correctly there was only a few suppliers world wide and the largest (Rutland Ply) burnt to the ground last year. So the price of blanks has gone up, to point of not being viable on the quantities most stock makers in Australia use.

Spot on Matt, there are some fantastic Australian timbers that we dont use enough of , Chop.

My stock is made from Queensland maple , very light but also very hard , with a lovely grain .

This is my latest, under $1000,00 ready to go, carbon fibre reinforced laminate and barrel channel, fully tailored to my requirements.

2nd week out shot 126.17/126.21.

Mr. Berry plotted me @ 1000yds the other day 12 from 15 shots sitting in the x-ring for elevation (coached shoot) rifle tracks beautifully.

Mr Eager does a good job too, looks like one of his?
