.284W action?

Would a Neilsen MN600 action be suitable to build a .284W on and okay to take a straight barrel?

Essentially, it's an Omark with lugs on the action. It has a proprietary bolt head not interchangeable with Omark but shares the puny style of extractor.
The real question though, is how comfortable would you be trying to load to that next node like the guys with proven actions like Barnard do?
