Possible Register

Just in case Allan had nothing to, I wonder if a possible register for fullbore might be out of the question.
I was thinking of maybe 2 options; one for 50.10's and another for doubles.
I know we can already have the 50.10's added to the exising register but wouldn't it be better to have all us fullbore shooters in our own box.
Just a thought!

Talk about the good scores and how we got them and what happened to us with the ones that got away.

Closest I came to a true possible was a 50.9 at 600y last year. My scorer (Our esteemed President Dave Ogle) made me shoot one more round - it was through the spotter in the V - I never cut a 5 before that, but have since.
Last Sunday during practice, shot a 49.8. Still can't figure where the 4 came from with group about 1.5 inches....
Best one during competition was winning the 3rd div at Albany PM by 1 (one) V bull for the aggregate from a club mate, Scott Newbey.

just a quick question, do you have a link to target sizes to compare the sizes to nz targets

How can one discuss and compare targets without ever talking in angular terns - like minutes of angle.
When I see a table of sizes with this omitted it tells me a lot about the people making the decisions

why cant you compare target sizes with out minute of angles?
i got exactly what i wanted, cheers Peter Hulett.
at 300 yrds an nz target center is 70mm and in aussie it is 70mm, same size
at 600 yrds a nz target center is 150 and in aussie its 165mm so nz smaller

I am glad you found the info you wanted - and of course one can always convert, but for a meaningful discussion the figures really need to be converted to angular units.
Why are scopes not calibrated in mm ?????

Scopes are not calibrated in mm, Peter, because the makers know that we like to work in real measurements.
