"Come and try day at the Lower Light Rifle Range. Anyone that is coming please reply so we know how many to cater for the sausage sizzle and how much Ammo. THE COST IS ONLY $5 to shoot and after the day you'll be able to tell all your friends you have shot out to 500 m. "
Send them a message on their facebook page if you are interested.

This is a good chance to see, use and talk about the rifles, calibres and equipment from some of the states best long range shooters. There will also be factory Remington's, Tikka's and Savage's out there as well, to give the big boys (and sometimes beat) a run for their money. Talk to them on the day, on how to reload, read the wind and get the best out of your own factory rifle or how to enter the sport and be competitive on a budget. Come and find out the benefits from membership and access to one of the best ranges in Australia and only 30 minutes north of Grand Junction Road.

Road has been pretty good the last few weeks, the council has actually been doing alot of work bringing in fresh fill so most of the really bad spots are gone

Yes, it will be great for the people who have signed up to the "come and try" day to see the counties top shooters as a part of their introduction to long range shooting.
