It is certainly for an omark -- a modified one as far as the take down screws are concerned.
The tang tapping is factory original.
The centre tapping has been added at a later date.
The front tapping forward of the recoil plate slot is to suit whatever adaptor has been fitted.
( the original factory tapping is into the recoil plate. )

Barry is correct. Looks like it is to suit a an Omark 44D action with a Neilsen/Maddco adaptor fitted. The Omark that is pictured with the stock has a "middle" T/D screw hole in a non "standard" position (not factory done)!

From memory the 44D serial numbers was prefixed by an " S "
For example an M44 serial number was DLXXX where a M44D was SDL XXX
All Left handed rifles were prefixed SLH XXX.
Adaptors to take any barrel were an aftermarket supply by various manufacturers such as " Neilsen " " Maddco " " Black Mountain " " MAB " to name a few.
Some adaptors had an integral recoil plate, some used the original omark recoil plate. The Black Mountain adaptor was flat bottom with the T/D screw in the integral recoil plate.
The M44D ( from memory ) had a modified trigger with the sear pivoting at the rear as distinct from the original pivoting from the front.
The safety catch was removed. as was the top wood and the stock had a somewhat square fore-end.
The bolt retaining pin was strengthened.
A hardened steel plate was fitted under the trigger guard and the rear T/D screw different to suit the modified arrangement.

Prefix DB would be an M44 about 1969/70 vintage whereas the SDP prefix would be a M44D. Not sure of the year but would take a guess at about 1980 as I think SDQ xxx were the last made by Sportco ( Omark ) in South Australia. Sometime later MAB in Brisbane took over manufacture.
