Does anyone know what the difference is between these two Small Rifle Primers?

CCI Small Rifle Primers BR-4

CCI Magnum Small Rifle Primers No. 450

I've necked down some .308 Palma to .260 Rem and was wondering which of these primers has the hardest cup.

They're both identical.

Google primer cup thickness & look at the images.
