7 saum Barnard boreguide

Would like to know what people are using for a boreguide on Barnard P 7mm Saums. I need to get something to suit as the 308 one obviously won't fit.

I use the Dewey guide which is chambering independent & has fittings for various bolt sizes. However the central aluminium shaft is not suitable o guide cleaning rods accurately, so I've had slip over guides specific to each rod's diameter made for me of delrin.
