White centres

The new FS Rules which will apply from the 1st of March require a white centre with a diameter half that of the 6 ring ( centre bull ) for shoot-off purposes. We are trying to get these centres manufactured, but because of the short time available before the Vic Queens, we may not have them in time for the Queens. The same applies to an official 1 kg trigger weight -- there may not be time to have it manufactured and officially certified by the weights and measures people.
Has anyone got any ideas as to what we should do in case we have to improvise?
Lynne, what did South Aus do for the white centre --- would S A have any white centres already made up, please?

John,
I have made a 1kg weight. It won't be certified but I guarantee it to be within 1gm underweight.
